Using ‘గా’ (gaa) suffix in Telugu

 We attach ‘గా’ -gaa- suffix to the ends of nouns to make them adverbs.

Examples:

·         Anitha spoke fluently. = అనిత అనర్గళంగా మాట్లాడింది. -Anithaanargalamgaamaatlaadindhi.-

·         By all means, she is correct. = అన్ని విధాలుగా ఆమె సరైనది. -Anni vidhaalugaaaamesarynadhi.-

·         Definitely he comes. = అతడు ఖచ్చితంగా వస్తాడు. -AthaduKhacchithamgaavasthaadu.-

·         Definitely she does not come. = ఆమె ఖచ్చితంగా రాదు. -Aamekhacchithamgaaraadhu.-

·         Ganesh accepted happily. = గణేష్ ఆనందంగా అంగీకరించాడు. -Ganesh aanandhamgaaangeekarinchaadu.-

·         Ganesh is working slowly. = గణేష్ నెమ్మదిగా పనిచేస్తున్నాడు. -Ganesh nemmadhigaapanichaesthunnaadu.-

·         Hari fought bravely. = హరి ధైర్యంగా పోరాడాడు. -Hari dhyryamgaaporaadaadu.-

·         He behaved rudely. = అతడు మొరటుగా ప్రవర్తించాడు. -Athadumoratugaapravarthinchaadu.-

·         He came late. = అతడు ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చాడు. -Athaduaalasyamgaavundhi.-

·         He is living happily. = అతడు ఆనందంగా జీవిస్తున్నాడు. -Athaduaanandhamgaajeevisthunnaadu.-

·         He played marvelously. = అతడు అద్భుతంగా ఆడాడు. -Athaduadhbhuthamgaaaadaadu.-

·         He punished severely. = అతడు తీవ్రంగా శిక్షించాడు. -Athadutheevramgaashikshinchaadu.-

·         He spoke slowly. = అతడు నెమ్మదిగా మాట్లాడాడు. -Athadunemmadhigaamaatlaadaadu.-

·         He talked wrongly. = అతడు తప్పుగా మాట్లాడాడు. -Athaduthappugaamaatlaadaadu.-

·         I surely return your computer soon. = మీ కంప్యూటర్ ను నేను త్వరలో ఖచ్చితంగా తిరిగి ఇస్తాను. -Meecomputernunaenuthwaralokhacchithamgaathirigiisthaanu.-

·         Indira learnt completely. = ఇందిర పూర్తిగా నేర్చుకొన్నది. -Indira poorthigaanaerchukonnadhi.-

·         It is looking dirty. = అది మురికిగా కనిపిస్తుంది. -Adhi murikigaakanipisthundhi.-

·         Mahesh is going bravely. = మహేష్ ధైర్యంగా వెళ్తున్నాడు. -Mahesh Dhyryamgaavelthunnaadu.-

·         Ramesh behaved badly. = రమేష్ చెడ్డగా ప్రవర్తించాడు. -Ramesh cheddagaapravarthinchaadu.-

·         Ramesh is writing neatly. = రమేష్ గుండ్రముగా వ్రాస్తున్నాడు. -Ramesh gundramugaavraasthunnaadu.-

·         Ramesh replied loudly. = రమేష్ బిగ్గరగా సమాధానమిచ్చాడు. -Ramesh biggaragaasamaadhaanamicchaadu.-

·         Ravi came lately. = రవి ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చాడు. -Ravi aalasyamgaavacchaadu.-

·         She beat hardly. = ఆమె గట్టిగా కొట్టింది. -Aamegattigaakottindhi.-

·         She cooked tastily. = ఆమె రుచిగా వండింది. -Aameruchigaavandindhi.-

·         She definitely speaks English well. = ఆమె ఖచ్చితంగా ఇంగ్లీష్ బాగా మాట్లాడుతుంది. -AameKhacchithamgaa English baagaamaathaaduthundhi.-

·         She is certainly the right person. = ఆమె ఖచ్చితంగా సరైన వ్యక్తి. -Aamekhachchithamgaasarynavyakthi.-

·         She is teaching greatly. = ఆమె గొప్పగా బోధిస్తున్నది. -Aamegoppgaabodhisthunnadhi.-

·         She looked beautifully. = ఆమె అందంగా కనబడింది. -Aameandhamgaakanabadindhi.-

·         She scolded angrily. = ఆమె కోపంగా తిట్టింది. -Aamekopamgaathittindhi.-

·         She talked slowly. = ఆమె నిదానంగా మాట్లాడింది. -Aamenidhaanamgaamaatlaadindhi.-

·         She told sadly. = ఆమె విచారకరంగా చెప్పింది. -Aamevichaarakaramgaacheppindhi.-

·         Surely she will help us. = ఆమె మాకు ఖచ్చితంగా సహాయం చేస్తుంది. -Aamemaakukhacchithamgaasahaayamchaesthundhi.-

·         Surely she will not pass. = ఆమె ఖచ్చితంగా పాస్ అవ్వదు. -Aamekhacchithamgaa pass avvadhu.-

·         Surely she will pass. = ఆమె ఖచ్చితంగా పాస్ అవుతుంది. -Aamekhacchithamgaa pass avuthundhi.-

·         Surely they will cheat you. = వారు నిన్ను ఖచ్చితంగా శుభ్రం చేస్తారు. -Vaaruninnukhacchithamgaamosamchaesthaaru.-

·         The baby cried loudly. = పాప గట్టిగా ఏడ్చింది. -Paapagattigaaaedhindhi.-

·         The boy danced happily. = బాబు ఆనందంగా నాట్యము చేసాడు. -Baabuaanandhamgaanaatyamuchaesaadu.-

·         The doctor talked softly. = డాక్టర్ సున్నితంగా మాట్లాడాడు. -Doctor sunnithamgaamaatlaadaadu.-

·         The dog came silently. = కుక్క నిశ్శబ్ధంగా వచ్చింది. -Kukkanisshebdhamgaavacchindhi.-

·         They saw doubtfully. = వారు అనుమానంగా చూశారు. -Vaaruanumaanaamgaachoosaaru.-

Sometimes, we attach ‘గా’ -gaa- suffix to the ends of nouns to make them descriptive adjectives also.

Examples:

·         Ramesh is neat. = రమేష్ శుభ్రంగా ఉన్నాడు. -Ramesh shubhramgaavunnaadu.-

·         It is dirty. = అది మురికిగా ఉంది. -Adhi murikigaavundhi.-

·         Banana is sweet. = అరటిపండు తియ్యగా ఉంది. -Aratipanduthiyyagaavundhi.-

·         She is happy. = ఆమె ఆనందంగా ఉంది. -Aameaanandhamgaavundhi.-

·         The sky is blue. = ఆకాశం నీలంగా ఉంది. -Aakaashemneelamgaavundhi.-

·         It is a cold night. = ఈ రాత్రి చల్లగా ఉంది. -Eeraathrichallagaavundhi.-

·         The weather is pleasant. = వాతావరణం మనోహరంగా ఉంది. -Vaathaavaranammanoharamgaavundhi.-

It is hot. = అది వేడిగా ఉంది. -Adhi vaedigaavundhi.-
