Using "cannot" to talk about ability

 Verb conjugation rule: If the root verb ends with "యు" (yu), then remove that end and replace it by adding "య" (ya). In this lesson, we are talking about the verb "వ్రాయు" (Vraayu) (Write). When we make the changes, the verb becomes “వ్రాయ” (Vraaya). To make it as a complete verb, we need to add an additional personal suffix, as shown in the below table.

Example: వ్రాయు (Vraayu) ---> వ్రాయ (vraaya) + లేను (laenu) ---> వ్రాయలేను (vraayalaenu)

Note: If the action is performed by the subject you may also remove the ending letter "యు" (yu) from the root verb and replace it by "సుకో" (suko). To make it as a complete verb, we need to add an additional personal suffix, as shown below.

Example: వ్రాయు (Vraayu) ---> వ్రాసుకో (vraasuko) + లేను (laenu) ---> వ్రాసుకోలేను (vraasukolaenu)
